Well first off id take the belt off the pully itself and see if there is any play if there is play then see about tightening the pulley bolt if that dosent work take it off and look at the pulley tooth....there is one squareish rectangular peice that is a key to lining it up that may be warn down so that would be my first setup right there.... is to do what i just said and see if that helps....

How?? the pulley is just metal with a key is the key bad??

but yea as long as the threads on the crankshaft are fine and the pulley key ist busted or the crankshaft end isnt screwed up then bolting on another pulley should be simple....

I have a spare B-series crank pulley if you want it. PM me for price. You'll still need the woodruf key, but those are cheap from the dealer.

yep the key fell out "sumhow" and the pulley got totally fucked and the crank got a little chip where the key goes but i got one today from a B18 motor.there is no movement on the new key " thank god'..all i have to change the alternator belt though cuz the pulley is bigger..but besides that its fits fine :thumb:
