Has anyone bought a motor from hmotorsonline? I heard good things on them and I want to swap in a gsr motor into my 92 dx hatch. If i buy the complete changeover, will I need anything else for it to mount into my hatch? Also, I want to put A/C in my car, I don't have a/c, ps or cruise control. I don't care for ps or cc, but I do want a/c. What do I need for a/c with b18?

I have never bought anything from hmotorsonline. However a friend of mine got an H23 from them for his Prelude. He was super happy about it. I have only heard awesome things from them. If they had what I wanted instock when I was going to buy my JDM B20, I would have ordered it from them. Since they didn't I ordered it through a local import shop.

The Complete change over kit will have everything that you need to put a B18c into your EG.

It says this at the bottom of the page.

We now offer the Hasport Hydraulic tranny to cable car conversion kit for $400 EFB2. Also available is the Hasport High Horsepower upgraded motor mount kit for $300.DCSTK

Do I need any of that?

Thats only if your going to put the b18c into a EF or older car that needs a cable clutch. You only need the full swap and it will have everything you need to bolt it into place.

Before you drop the engine into place. It would be a good idea to put in a new water pump and timing belt, as well as install a new clutch as it will be the easiest before you swap it in. A Fresh Oil change is also a very good idea.

So I just need to buy the complete changeover and everything will be in place? Do I need B-series axles? I read somewhere that 92 civics needs a wired pinned to the ecu if you didn't already have vtec?

They will sell you a complete changeover.

All 93-95 non VTEC chassis will need two wires added for VTEC. Most 92's will have the VTEC prewired. You will also need to wire the IABs and knock sensor. This has been covered 10,000 times here and on every other Honda forum on the internet and in import car magazines going all the way back to the mid to late 90s. Instead of waiting for a response, you could get your answer instantly in a search.
