Not worth your time. Honestly. I had one on my last Integra and it dod nothing but crack and cause a massive vacuum leak.

Sounds like you got a rather cheap one. The Hondata ones have shown some promise.

Im not sure its entirely worth it though. I have one on my b20 but its not running. I got it for cheaper than a regular gasket ist he only reason I have one.

If you have a reaseon to remove your intake manifold, change to a Hondata or hondata style gasket. If not, don´t ;)

the hondata gasket only gains about 5 hp not enough to feel. you can run a cai, header wrap, and remove the coolant lines from the tb

how would i go about directing the coolant lines from the throttle body else where

just get a longer hose or you can use one of the stock lines. the skunk2 tb dont use the coolant lines so they give you a line to use thats were i got the idea from.
http://www.skunk2.com/video/product_video.php?product_code=309-05-0040 i hope this helps if not then i can get some pics of my car

Greased: I had a Hondata. And I torqued the IM nuts to spec IAW the maintenance manual. 12lbf/ft.

blk92hb: I doubt it even nets you 5hp. If a CAI or an SRI nets you 5-7hp (obviously dependant on the car and the intake), a piece of plastic won't get you 5hp, IMO. I could be dead wrong though, I never dyno'd my old Integra.

the more air ur engine breathes will increase the power gain so my engine should have beeter results than a b18b right

yes and no
im guessing you got a b16b just from your name but you have to remember you have a 1600cc motor it is sucking in about 75% of 1600cc stock compare to the b18 which is a 1800cc motor sucking in about 75% of 1800cc of volume stock.

it all depends on the bolt on and what you have done to the motor. plus the colder the air coming into the motor means more oxygen mix with the right amount of fuel you will gain more power but you all so have to let all of that fuel and air out.

if you got just for an example a cai, cams, and a header with stock exhaust then you wont gain that much if anything you will loose power because you will bog it down untill you open the exhaust up to lte the motor breath.
