difference in 96-98 b16b and 99-00

whats the difference in the 96-98 b16b and the 99-00 b16b
and how could i tell which one i had i know its on the head bt dont know what to look for

one would be OBD2A and the other OBD2B
circled in red.
it will either say 97 98 99 00 in a circle with a / between the numbers [/img]
