what color?

ok so i just painted my valve cover wrinkle black and now i want to paint my spark plug cover but i can decide on what color.

this is what it is now

a: flat black

b: gloss black

c: wrinkle black just like the valve cover

Have you thought about not having the cover on at all?

It may look cool with the blue HT leads.

I was going to say gloss because it gave some contrast but After looking again I'm going to go with flat, it matches the heat shield

I think flat black and sand the letters so they can shine :thumb:

@EGg OH!: the heat shield is just temp for right now just untill i get my s2 header.

@chance: yeah i think that w/o the cover it looks ghetto too.

Ever think about polishing it or engine turning it?

Also, I've never worked with or had experience with the DOHC motors and was wondering if the wire cover stays cool enough to put a decal on it.
If so you should hit up http://www.ihatestickers.com and they could make a printed decal that looks like it was sticker bombed(one large sticker that looks like many).
Similar to the lip on the this civic but with designs from there website.

yea it stays pretty cool being under the hood
