coolant line help

- Mon Feb 14, 2011 3:31 am #238396 So I took off my intake mani tonight to get it powder coated and I never really realised how many coolant lines there were its a b16 with a itr intake mani just wondering how many of those lines I can get rid of. Help me out to clean up the bay a little thanks

- Mon Feb 14, 2011 4:09 am #238409 you can delete the 2 hoses running into the center of your firewall and that will not have any affect on the performance of your engine.
Those 2 hoses go to/from your heater core. So you can loop them or plug the opening from the engine. That will help clean up your firewall behind your motor. Of course, you won't have heat anymore.
