I just recently bought Bisimoto level 2.4 cams and cam gears for my turbo b16a. I did a lot of research on camshafts and found that the Bisimoto looked like they preformed best. Personally I can't say if they are a good product since I haven't gotten my tune yet, but I think I am going to be very pleased.
For the valves, springs, and retainers I have skunk2. Any high end after market valve train is going to make a huge difference. Go for double springs, and buying rocker arms is not necessary.
And as for pistons I would buy just whichever is cheapest.
