dizzy question
Posted: Thu Mar 31, 2011 12:00 amhey guys i have a gsr dizzy and an ls dizzy will the guts of the ls dizzy work in the gsr one like coil ect ect ???? has any one tried this

For what its worth I took the guts (magnetic pickups and everything) out of sohc vtec distributor and put into the one for my poormans type r I've even swapped the guts from obd1 to obd2 distributors. There all basicly interchangeable. Just make sure you don't get the distributor gear out of sync I put mine on wrong on my first attempt and my timing was 180 degrees out lol. But its really straight forward to swap the stuff
