will OBD2 injectors work on an OBD1 engine w/ OBD1 ECU?

yes....u have to change the connectors and may need to add resistor box. just all depends on what injectors are going to be ran by what ecu

b18b injectors (JDM stock ones) with a 37820-P75-A01 ECU

as in the plugs?

yeah....just cut the plugs for the injectors off your harness and solder the obd2 ones on....they are color coded the same....you dont have to match colors but it would it would prob be best you do
