Hi i have a 98 civic with an automatic trany that i've recently swap into a b18 with a manual transmisson the only problem i had is to make the revers light work

when i swap my civic automatic to manual i had to cut wire near the shifter and when i put a yellow wire with a black wire the reverse light work so where should i plug this 2 wire on my trany??

There's a sensor on top of the tranny with 2 wires coming from it. That is for your reverse lights.

For the Bseries trans it's going to be on the side closer to the torque mount. facing the Bell Housing.. =]
Right where that gray plug is on the above picture..
