b16,b20 overheated

my friend has a 95 civic ex with a b16a2head and a b20z2 block and weve changed the thermostat and checked fluid level and water pump and head gasket seem to be fine but we are still having an overheating problem and cant figure out why and the fan is coming on and theres no oil in the antifreeze please any suggestions feel free thanks..

Does it leak fluid anywhere? I would first pressure test the system and check for leaks.

When/where does it leak? Idling or on the high way/while driving? Stock radiator and fan or aftermarket?

are you sure the water pump is circulating your coolant? bleed your coolant system?

You mention the fan is continously on or NOT on? if the fan dont kick in when it's supposed to, try a new Fan switch, Engine cooolant temp sensor, or the fan relay!! if it's a EG it's one of the 2 little balck relay boxes hanging over by the Driver side light.!

What i have here circled in red..
