So i decided to mill my type r head 0.0196in. (20,000s of an in.) and run a custom cometic head gasket at (22,500s of an in.) which will put me right at 11.5:1 CR. Now my question is is this safe for valve to piston clearance?

what block, rods, and crank?

you will need adjustable cam gears, and then you will have to degree the motor so it will be at top dead center again.
