I recently did a valve adjustment and now my idle is extremely low and now it's just shuts off when u pull to a stop maby it's because I adjusted my valves shuld I adjust my throttle body i need help this car is driving me crazy

You may have adjusted them to tight and your loosing compression. You shouldn't need to adjust anything on the tb. But check all your conections to your iacv and all that.
