Fixed all CEL codes, checked for vaccum leaks, getting a high idle at about 2k+ depending on where i was holding my rpm at. its almost like its sticking or something, but when i hit vtec boom it pops codes 21, 22. She's close to being perfect but this has got me scratching my head.

try swapping with a known good TB had a a issue like yours it ended up being TB
