Ls vtec question

Hi I have a 99 b18b1 in my 93 eg and I would like to swap the stock head for a vtec head but I dont know what head I should buy and i dont know if I need a conversion kit and this is my first build so can you guys help me out

b16 or gsr will work fine. whichever you can find most complete and cheapest.
yes, you need a "kit". there are different ways of getting oil to the head, but most simply use a kit like Golden Eagle.
you will need headstuds as well. golden eagles sells a set, or you can use ARP.
