ive got a b16a2 in my ej2 i know the head is built. it has inlinepro valves, valve springs and retainers and inlinepro stage 1 turbo cams. I have a zex direct port kit. ( I dont wanna hear if you dont like the kit. thats the kit Im using.) It will be setup for a 100 shot. I already know about adjusting the timing and running colder plugs. The bottom end appears to be stock from what i could see with the bore scope i had to look with. i know the rods and sleeves will hold and i know the head will hold but my question is will the pistons hold?I know a turbo kit will blow the ringlands off B16 pistons, but will nitrous do the same thing? the car will not be sprayed often; only on local track days. I have heard arguements both ways and havent had any luck searching online. BTW the car is my dd and i will be dropping to a 65 or 75 shot later. any input would be helpful. thank you.

it might hold for the time being depending how hard you run it.

If its setup/tuned right, should have no problem holding up to 300whp.
