B16 arp head stud???

Looking online and called arp what do they mean by hand tight?
Does anyone have a recomendation on how to install arp head studs with specific torque specs?? Thanx for the help!!!!

This is from years of 6.0 powerstroke experience. What you wanna do is twist the head studs into the block with your fingers until it gets tough to turn. DO NOT use tools at this point! The reason being is you will stretch and/or bend the studs, you don't want that. Don't worry about the studs. Slide on your head and then tighten. Torque specs should be on the site. We usually tightened to factory specs and ran 200k+ miles on a 6.0 we used everyday for hot shotting
