Civic EG

i did the swap in my hb 95 si vtec, i put it a gsr 97 combo ( trans, engi, cpu)
now the problems is that when i drive the check engine turns on, if i change the cpu to the original its run a little bit slower but the light doesnt turn on
how can i fix the problem?
someone tell me that problems is because the integra has 2 sensors and the civic has only one

you need to wire the knock sensor and butterfly valves to the gsr ecu.
