Can't find the honda part number but go to:

www.hondaautomotiveparts.com

and put in a car with a b series. ie: 99-2000 civic SI or 94-97 Del sol V-TEC

then go to cylinder head (v-tec) and it's #20

Be careful when torquing the new bolts into the head. I've seen a bunch of threads (mainly on honda-tech) where people are breaking them easily. Torque spec on that bolt is 20 ft/lbs. Not sure about the top part of the bolt (the part you sheared).
