#47503 A friend of mine bought a freshly rebuilt poormans type R motor back in like September or October. The motor came with Hytech replica headers, and a aftermarket flywheel ......ever since then he has juss been collecting parts to put it all together and throw it in his coupe. Heres some of the parts list that i can remember.
B16 Head
GSR Block
Type R springs and retainers
Holley throttle body
AEBS Intake Manifold
Type R Pistons
All brand New OEM gaskets and seals
OEM t-belt,pump,tentioner
Basicly when he bought it he payed just for the motor only and the fly wheel and headers were throwin in extra. So for the past few months he been saving and bought
GSR Trans
Competition stage 2 clutch
New 99-00 civic si motor mounts all around
New starter
Integra Shift linkage
Steel Braided Clutch line
B-series axles
NGK Plugs and wires
and lots of lil miscelaneus stuff like bolts,brackets,valves,hoses,oil,coolant,filters....
Anyways he spent a TON of $$$ on getting this shit in his car and running correctly. Today the motor might run for the first time.Me and him have been doing the majority of the work but a few ppl have came by and helped a lil so its been a good learning expierence especially because this is out first b-series swap. Here are some pics i have been taking since we started the project 2 or 3 weeks ago(yeah were lazy and been taking our time)

The latest thing that has been done was the wiring, it was a bitch cuz there was so many plugs that werent sure where they went and shit. But thats been taken care of. today we put the axles on,throw some oil and coolant in and see if she runs!! hopfully everything goes good!

#47653 Check ground wiring to the engine, and check the feed to the starter.
I had exactly the same problem like you have with the coupe, and it was to blame the feed...
In my case I put the battery in the back, fused it at the battery AND at the firewall, the extra fuse was to blame it didn't get enough juice.

So take a look into that :)
