i was planning a motor swap and trans swap for my 93 hatch but the time came sooner than expected. yesterday my crankshaft pulley decided to explode off the crankshaft and wreak havoc on my engine bay. so my car is currently hibernating in my garage for now. i have manual trans parts ready to go so i figured i might as well do the motor swap and the trans swap at the same time. my friend has a b16a2 and i was wondering before i put it in, what i need to know beforehand so i dont screw it up later. any help would be appreciated.

You will need to get everything to do a auto to manual swap. Just make sure you do it the correct way and dont take any short cuts.

You need the Following:
- B16A2 Engine/Hydraulic B Series Transmission, Preferably a B16 Transmission.
- B Series Axles(Can be gotten from an 94-01 Integra)
- B16 ECU
- B Series Motor Mounts(94-01 Integra)
- Auto to Manual Mount(Maybe for a 94-01 Integra? This will be the hardest to find)
- Clutch and Brake Pedals and Assembly from any Manual 92-95 Civic
- Master and Slave Cylinders
- Hydraulic Clutch Line(With boot that covers the hole for the Throw out Bearing
- Throw out Bearing/Rod
- 3qts Honda Manual Transmission Fluid(or Pennzoil Sncyro-mesh)
- 4qts 10w30 Oil(for Engine)
- B16a2 Timing Belt(Easiest to Replace now, Dont want braking and damaging the head shortly after the swap)
- B Series Shift Linkage(from 94-01 Integra will work)
- Shift Boot and Manual Boot Cover
- Wiring to Wire VTEC and Knock Sensor(should put in Looming and Zipties to have a Clean Install Look)
- Tablet and pen(to make daigrams of were houses and wiring goes, a Camera also works good) Having a Shop or Repair Manual helps alot as well.
Thats all I can think of, There might be something I am forgetting, That should do it though.

Best thing to do if your car is auto is to put it back to stock (in your case get a junkyard motor), sell it, then swap all your parts onto a manual chassis. That's what I did. And I found a cleaner chassis so it was a step up.

thanks for the list of stuff.
preferably id like to sell my car but because of the little island i live on theres not much luck in finding another hatch like mine for a swap..plus im reallly strapped for cash and this going to be as low budget as possible
