timing belt

an ls with b16 head. does that have the same size timing belt as a gsr head and block?

that depends what water pum u running if you use the ls water pump use the ls timing belt if you use the b16 or gsr water pump use the vtec timing belt i personaly would use the vtec water pum with the vtec timing belt. :thumb:

if you need to buy the water pump buy a B20 water pump. they are the same as the Itr or gsr?.. anyways same part number too and plus its a little cheaper.

well the guy is giving me his brand new belt and brand new type r oil pump for $60. this belt should fit my gsr motor right? wouldnt the tensioner fix any length dif?

ITR and GSR are pretty much the same motor. the tensioner wont help you fit the B16a belt on there though.

cool thankx it all fits. its all coming together, but i dont think my turbo will be big enought. its a t3/t4, and the bushing is kinda sticky so. wen i try to spin the turbo with my finger is doesnt spin like a skateboard wheel like my friend power master turbo. i bought it off a dude that said i had a new bushing put in it. and it sat a while so does it just need to hooked up and spooled up with oil and it will spin like normal again?
