well with the b20 you get 2 extra liters....and i think with the head swap higher compression
GSR's are well that I truely would say go with your first thought of the B20/vtec since to me unless done right GSR's have a good rate of failure as do the b-series vtec head swaps but its all about point of veiw
Since i really am kinda lazy n doing my own thing with my car (d motor n all not a large fan of the b series due to cost) but this is what i would do.....
Do some research and as you are doing it list the pros n cons of each weigh them out n see what you want to do since really it all boils down to what you will be doing what you might think about doing and if you will be doing it. you will see that each motor selection you gave has its own pros n cons i do think the B20/vtec will be cheaper than a full GSR thats why ppl do the head swaps but yea all depends on where you are and how easily you can get parts n stuff.....
