If you are looking for something like new then your going pay the penny for it if you go to some shop that builds them or you can search craigslist and see who is selling one and go inspect it yourself? I would personally search craigslist, you can honestly tell whats good and whats not.

Most motor shops sell LONG and SHORT blocks only.
