i have a jdm b16 im not sure wat the problem is somtime the car bogs at 3000 to 3500 rpm n wont go past till i shit to the next gear like i had a rev limit of 3500 rpms i though it was somethin to do wit my fuel injectors

TPS sensor, MAP... difficult to guess. See if you can retrieve a CEL. Get a voltmeter and sweep the TPS voltage. Check the MAP reference voltage and signal.
