Well I was looking at exhausts to put onto my project car when I get it out of the shop from being painted, and was wondering if there would be room for a header after I put a b18b in the engine bay.

well not exactly sure what your asking, are you try to see if you'll be able to fit an aftermarket header on your civic with a b18 in it? if that's the question then of course you can without a problem

Possibly on one for a 90-93 Integra. However if you get a 94-01 Integra Header(or aftermarket replacement) it will bolt up with out issue.

Okay, this may sound really stupid, I've never done a swap before, but when I get the other engine in, do I get a header/exhaust from the year of my car now or from the year/make of the engine?

any header for a 94-01 integra will work on your car with a B Series swap.

you will have plenty of room...check it. You will get a header for a B series motor. 99-00 civic Si header will work and reportedly mate up with the exhaust.

Okay, thanks a lot guys. So when I get an exhaust, do I need to search '92 civic exhaust' or 'integra exhaust'?

if you where going to buy an exhaust system online, It would be for your car. I.e if you have a 92 Civic hatch you would want to by exhaust for a 92 Civic hatch, if your rocking a Coupe or Sedan then you would get the exhaust for that model.
You could also have an Exhaust shop make your pipe for you.

you get the exhaust for the car. You will have to get it modified though.

I don't know about any place that makes exhausts, especially mandrel bent ones.
Now on for the parts like oil/water pump. With things like that, what year would I need to look up since I'll be using a b20 bottom end and a vtec head that will probably be of different years?

ok, my 92 EG has a H22A1 in it and I have no issues, although, you can always do the DYI hood raise.

obd1 parts. you would get the water pump and oil pump for a GSR/ITR as well as a timing belt from those cars.
