torque specs for jdm B18C gsr

All I can seem to find is:
63-65 lbs on the head and the camplates are 20 lbs for the 12mms and 7.2 lbs for the 10 mms.
the sequence for both the exhaust and intake sides are:
13 9 5 1 3 7 11
14 10 6 2 4 8 12
I am sure there is more info, but this is a start
