alright, so my other post was not getting much of a looking at so i thought i would make another since that is no longer an issue.
so here is my problem, i messed with the FPR because i got a free B&M one, realized it is crap and took it off, got 2 from the yard. Also put a fuel gauge on my fuel filter to measure the pressure (no leaks), replaced the fuel filter, set the timing with a light to right about 0 degrees.
so when the engine is put under a load, like partial or WOT below 3000 rpm, it just stumbles, bogs, falls on its face, then goes again once the r's reach about 3k.
this is really annoying because other than the FPR that i took off, i have not touched anything related. so i bled my coolant, checked all my vacuum and coolant lines, and doesn't seem to matter what i do with the pressure, the symptoms stay the same.
should i look at the fuel pump next? i'm completely lost on ideas now, i did the timing belt/tensioner/water pump like 6 months ago, the cap, rotor and wires like 4 months ago,
**the weird thing is that is was running great right before the FPR change, and has had this ever since.
here is a pic of my plug, looks good from what i can tell and compression is 190psi +/- 2psi in each cylinder.
thanks for anything!
oh and here is the fuel pressure: right at ~37 psi, ~47 w/o vacuum line and goes up to ~44psi when floored at curb idle
