Try cleaning out the fast ilel thermo valve(FITV), if that doesn't help then clean IACV Idle Air Control valve...search "fitv" and some links will pop up. i posted two how to links from H-T in one of them. Its most likely your FITV. easy fix usually. good luck with it.

my fluid levels are normal..i do use a little oil though. i loose about a half of a quarter of a quart of oil per 3000 miles. this is because i have a seal leaking at the upper end of the powerband. i checked my plugs today and their in top shape, no deposits or anything. thats the only thing ive had time to check in the past couple of days.. ill clean everything monday and adjust on the idle adjustment screw..with a little bit of luck(which i dont have ANY good luck) it'll work. just to clear some things up, the haynes manual says to unplug the plug on the back of the throttle body (cant think of the name of it) and then adjust the screw. is this right??
