#187974 i dont know what all is needed...put i do know that u can wire the seliond to ur ecu i think....

#187978 Yes it fits, and it gives you about a 50% gain in hp and tq all through the power band. You need the z6 head (obviously) p28 ecu, z6 dizzy, vtec solenoid (which may or may not be on the head already), and you might as well use the z6 IM it flows better than the z6 anyway.

I currently have this set up and the car went from about 80whp/wtq to about 120whp/wtq. It's a massive improvement over the d15b7, you should also look into getting the EX/Si transmission it will also increase the fun factor of the car.

Nah I meant z6 ... I meant it flows better than the b7. And you might be able to pick one up with the head too.

Bisimoto ... J/K ... for a street car those are over kill and they are really pricey. DC headers are nice, or edelbrock, you can realistically get away with the ebay no name headers, that's what I've been running for 3+ years and no problems yet. Any equal length header is going to flow way better than your stock exhaust manifold.
