also lowered my car alot more...looks alot sexier

sick hatch bro! what kind setup your running on your suspension, i wanna be that low in my hatch lol

for suspension my set up is kyb reds adjustable nitrogen shocks and eibach Ground control coilovers

the front can still go down almost another 2" !! the back however i had to modify to get that low.

you have to cut about a inch off the wall that holds the coil spring in the shock cause the coilover ring hits it and wont go lower. it easy took me about 30min to do both side thanks guys i will try update more regularly

fuck yeah, i just have some ksport drop springs, i dont got the money for full coilovers lol, maybe some new shocks will get me a little lower

- Mon May 03, 2010 12:21 am #191507 new shocks might get you a better ride but i doubt the shocks can get your car lower. my setup was about 900$ for the coilover set up and shock set up. well worth it tho i love it tho!

check craigslist there are hella deals on that site.

eventually ill pull it out and spra it flat or satin black to blend in with the audio console better.

- Wed May 19, 2010 7:48 pm #195416 ok so far since the last updates i have undertaken a complete wire tuck and tuck of the engine bay.

i moved the radiator overflow to the bumper and hid the hose going to it. i also like i already said are doing a full wire tuck, puttin my fuse box under the glove box in the cabin and the battery in the trunk where the spare tire used to be so it will be hidden

also i traded a matrix red/black race seat (ricer) for a full msd ignition setup.
its the msd multiple spark discharge 6a set up with the blaster coil and read transperant dizzy cap

this will be goin in as soon as the wire tuck is done.....its a lot harder than other have made it out to be lol (the wire tuck that is)

this is after 4 hours of strippin tape and untagling and sorting sensors


now all i got to do is incorporate the injectors into the harness and tape her all up

behind that is a my stage 2 competition clutch didnt want the wheather getting to her while i was rebuilding my trans



the first remodel i did to it...diy painted rims and a b16a swap with ctr pistons and b16trans with lsd ... had an underlying problem and swapped it for my single cam



if you see the big ebay aluminum rediator...DONT buy em. this one was designed wrong and wasnt letting coolant into the overflow res when it got hot and kept blowing head gaskets...went to 3 of HG and they ran great for 10min till that damn radiator killed em....i didnt fugure this out till i already sold that b16 and swapped in my z6

haha and dont mind my silly mistake of the upside down motor mount

Ive got me one of those Ebay Aluminum Radiators. Havent had a problem yet. Been over a year now..

- Thu May 20, 2010 6:26 am #195607 eg6b20 i dont know what to say about your radiator i guess you got lucky all i know is that me and my pops definatly narrowed it down to the radiator because the radiator bulged out on the sides like it was gonna explode...also when i swapped in the z6 the motor was better built and instead of popping headgaskets it started blowing up radiator hoses. we knew 100% it was the radiator because one day we popped the hood and my radiator hoses were like 3" round so we cracked open the radiator only to the first click and then they went down to normal size and coolan actually went to the over flow. anyhow im happy for you that yours works good

gostt - thanks man! yea its pretty huge im hoping that everything works correctly when i reinstall again lol. i did a full wire tuck, installed a 160* thermostat, and installed the msd ignition system. hahah im praying

im gonna be posting a pic of my tucked harness i finished it today

also i ordered a set of authentic oem stanley side markers cant wait to install those babies
