- Tue May 25, 2010 1:55 am #196592 most likely somebody swapped because the d15b7 was messed up or whatever reason. Same thing happened to me, i bought my 93 dx coupe and then i realized i had a b8. I was a big time noob back then so i had no idea what i was getting. I was mad tho. That motor is one of the weakest motors and it has 8 valves

- Tue May 25, 2010 2:22 am #196602 then this HAS to be a swap. d15b8's have a small ass header and then right after is the cat. Dont know what else to tell you besides that IT IS a swap.
