- Thu May 27, 2010 6:14 pm #197231 as i said before, i have tried replacing switching the rocker assemblies on z6/d15b vtec heads.
yes you can bolt them up.
before i torqued them down to 16lbs, the cam was completely bound up(would not turn).
they are absolutley part of the head casting, hence the numbering.
all the other parts of the rocker assembly are replacable.
