- Tue Jan 18, 2011 4:39 am #233945 Id say valve stem seals if you are accelerating and only comes on when you give it gas. if you weren't accelerating then I would suspect the below.

Also feel the radiator hoses and see if they are hard as a rock. Could be bad thermostat, radiator cap, radiator, headgasket.

Could be many things without seeing it couldnt really tell you whats actually wrong with it, but could tell you what might be wrong.

but yeah im prob gonna be on the hunt for a "purple" ex coupe
or a ex-a sedan, but im leaning on the coupe side
