i just bought a 92 DX. am putting in a new clutch an throw out bearing soon. but i was thinking since the transmission was out i would replace some parts to prevent future problems. Any ideas on what i should replace?

does it grind into any gears? if not, just do a fluid change. if so, just find another D series tranny. preferably a ex/si which would make your car quicker, if the current is the stock DX trans

If its.not broke don't fix it, like juice said if it shifts good, a simple fluid change will serve you just fine.....

Preventative maintenance.. !!! is a good thing!!
If you want change the fluid would be good to do and replace the axle seals on the trans drain plug get a new crush washer!!!!
.. internally if nothing is wrong when shifting leave it as is..
