Damn This is what I get for not watching the news in forever. Thats crazy. I hate to see this happen to any of our members.

x2 on keeping up posted.

Even if they had flood insurance I'm not sure if they would be any better. I'm sure some Insurance companys will go belly up soon for flood damages in such a huge area.

I'm with juice on when I first saw the title of the thread i thought he was in the hospital at first.

#271130 I nearly broke down when apexracing told me what he was doing for me and my family. We all really appreciate this very much i just went back and tried. But there is still quite a bit of water in our area so I added a new folder to the original album in the photobucket to show todays round of photos. Its just terrible what has transpired however I have my family Friends and thankfully yes i do have my animals we were quite scared for their saftey. But thankfully all went well and we got them, Thank you all i do hope we can get back in soon but in reference to the '06 flood which only got to the first floor raftors that took us well into september october before we got back into live. So I really do not know when we will be able to call the place a true home yet but i just want to give thanks to you all and i will keep you updated as things transpire.

p.s. my car my buddies teg and my k are all under along with every honda part i own so i really do not know what will be done i do hope to get everything cleaned up and good again but only time will tell....

#271734 Update from john, they have most of there ruined contents by the curb. And the basement is almost dry. Still have to rip the walls apart, and the utility company is requiring every house to have a new breaker box and wireing to it. And thats on the owner. Also they wont turn it back on until its signed off by a electrican. Might be going down this weekend to help. Thanks from john and his family for all of your support.
