yeeeah i suspect it is coming from the windscreen also as i dont have a roof lining in my car, still need to do that and about the damp smell toooo late lol my car stands outside so that also a Kak 1 and about the visors im patient bru so no rush 
okay now dont give up hope on your car because it stinks lol...easy fix remove screen patch up rust (no need to spray in white, just primer ir because it wont be seen) then replace screen, but DO NOT damage the beadings, then its agents only for good ones.
then every night put a heater in your car where it got damp, but dont leave it unnattended otherwise your car will go up in flames. once its totally dry take some Mr Muscle carpet cleaner and give your whole carpet a clean (remove seats , easier than removing carpet)..use the foam.
and your car will be fresh inside, as for the head liner...knowing saeed that man probably stripped that car to make it lighter lol, phone this guy
