#41330 I have had my car lowered for about a month or so. I have no Camber Kit.
Its always had no pull in it at all. Before and After lowering.

I finally took in into Les Schwab and had the toe set to "0". This was yesteryday at 2pm, I got the car back a little after 4pm. I drove it today and It now pulls to the Right really hard.

The guy there said I need a Camber Kit to correct it pulling to the Right.
I left, then came back Anouther guy said that setting toe to "0" even with out a camber kit wouldn't make any difference on pulling left or right.

I am scheduled to come back and they will test there alignment.

Can you think of any reason for the car Pulling to the Right?

As stated before, There was no pull at all before or after lowering, Only after getting the toe set to "0" and according to the Manager toe doesn't affect which way the car pulls. If you can think of anything it would be much appreciated.

#41333 I had the exact same thing happen. drove the car for a while after having the suspension apart, it was perfectly straight. then got it aligned and it pulled slightly to the right.
possibility that your tires could have worn slightly unevenly when the car was out of alignment, and now after being aligned they are not perfecty square to the road. or the shop sucks

#41334 ^^ that is also true.!

Caster is what maybe causing your problem. What are your caster settings right now? They did make a printout of your specs right?

the side with the less amount of positive caster is where it is pulling. Caster should be equal on both sides of the car. Unfortunately caster is non adjustable on our cars. The only way to adjust it is to have a traction bar installed and adjust the radius rods that connect to the LCA forcing it to adjust the caster.

If your camber is uneven on both sides.. the car will pull to the side with the most camber.

Camber kit will allow you to set your camber to be equal which is beneficial. What are your camber settings as of now? As long as they are within .2 degrees from left and right, that should be fine and not necessary to get a camber kit. I believe camber is beneficial and setting Toe to 0 is the most important in tire wear. Yes camber eats tire, but not nearly as much as uneven toe. Camber helps cornering and I believe it is worth the extra minimal tirewear it exerts.

#41355 I was given no print out except for my receipts.

Camber should be the same on both front wheels and rear wheels. The Frount is -1" both sides, Rear is a little more then -1" Both sides of the coil-overs are set the same for Front and Back.

I also 100% Agree with LowTEC-Derbo about Camber. I love it :thumb:.

After they "Checked" the alignment and corrected "Rear toe". Tested it out right afterward. Accelerating to 95 no pull at all, Braking from 95 to 60 no Pull at all.

So I guess they messed up when they aligned my car the first time.

Many thanks for your guys comments, Especially Lowtec's.

#41378 Toe will affect which way it pulls too. If you get it set at 0 it will pull to the right simply because of the crown of the road. you will need to add something to correct for the crown of the road too. It was a pain in the ass while I was learning alignments in class.

I am aware it would "pull" because of the crown of the road. the thing is this happened on both sides of that crown. this was not a light pull. this is a very strong pull. when your hand was on your steering wheel you could fell it pushing.

Something else was wrong in there. I am sure they messed up aligning it. They have since Corrected it which is good as tomorrow I am going on a 107mile Drive up a Winding Road to my Friends House for the Weekend.
