I would guess becuase its not cheap to build a GOOD one, just slapping on a VTEC head wont net you the power gains to warrant that.

I decided against it becuase of all the work that goes into it. I would much rather have a GSR or B16a.

Alrite, i guess ur right, but thats why ima eventually build mine. But if i had to go wit GSR or B16A i would go with GSR, i have a B16, and i cant wait to get rid of it

Sunday morning or Saturday my single cam came will be comming out!!! :woot: ....i will have pics up as soon as the motor is comming out :thumb:

If all goes right Monday i will be ordering my JDM SIR2 swap from Steve @ Hmotors.

I already have most of the Maintance stuff ready im just waiting for FedEX to Deliver my
OEM T-Belt
OEM T-Belt Tentioner
OEM Water Pump.....this stuff should be delivered today to my house.
Ill be picking up some coolant this afternoon also :thumb:

Ok so i havent taken out the single cam yet. But i did call up steve at Hmotors and placed my order for my SIR II Swap!!!! :woot: :woot:
He said it will take about 2 weeks to get here because he needs to fully test it and clean it then it will take another week to get here. :thumb:
I cant wait!!!!! BTW if anyone plans on buying a swap Steve at Hmotors is the man!!! he's a very honest and straight up guy.

I Completely AGREE with this. I use to get soooo many BLOWN B20V's at the shop because people didnt know how to build Frankies right.

People dont even know what Notching the rods mean hahaha. Novices :hehe:

I herd it takes 2.5 quarts to fill up the trans. :? i dunno we'll see when i actually do it :thumb:

This is very true, Steve is a good guy. We use to only order are motors from him. EVERY plait came with clean and strong motors.

I now go friends that can source the motors for half the price :hehe:
