:woot: for silver EK's with red GT3's (i used to have one till some jerk totaled it)

Thats was my friens Carlos's car. He took off the GT3'S for the winter threw some SI wheels on there and it didnt last a week. the car got stolen like in 3 days right from the parking lot of his job. Hasnt seen the car since.

UPDATE:!!!!


Ok so i havent taken out the single cam yet. But i did call up steve at Hmotors and placed my order for my SIR II Swap!!!!
He said it will take about 2 weeks to get here because he needs to fully test it and clean it then it will take another week to get here.
I cant wait!!!!! BTW if anyone plans on buying a swap Steve at Hmotors is the man!!! he's a very honest and straight up guy.

This is very true, Steve is a good guy. We use to only order are motors from him. EVERY plait came with clean and strong motors.

I now go friends that can source the motors for half the price

Monday is the big day people!!!! The swap should be here monday!!!

Sunday morning i will wake up early and start taking out the D15 ........i will have the camara to take pics of the swap and post on here later
Also the ACT 12.5 pound flywheel should arrive at my house tommarrow and the Exedy organic stage 1 clutch should be here friday!

update!!
the single cam is out!.....took it out yesterday and got the bay real clean by using some simple green some purple degreeser stuff that worked real good! i dont have any pics of the motor coming out of the car or anything cuz i was busting my ass to get shit done quick lol but heres when the motor is out and the bay is cleaned







the b16 should be here today, hopfully today im going to try to get the water pump,t-belt t-belt tentioner,clutch and flywheel on. Possibly if time is allowed i can get the motor mounted on the the car.
ill keep the updates happening as soon as they happen.

thanks man i really appriciate the kind comments , as for the swap the shipping company did me wrong ,they said it was gonna be here monday but instead the truck was late and it came today but its going to be delivered to my location tommarrow. im going to start the swap tommarrow. i will post pics of the updates as soon as they happen

i want to soo bad but i dont have the time to do it. i kinda need my car to go to work and stuff.

UPDATE!!!! ITS FINALLY HERE!!!!!!!!!
the motor came well packaged very clean with almost no visable problems with it and steve at Hmotors also hooked me up with brand new axles and brand new hasport shift linkage
here it is comming off the truck


pretty clean motor

Got my Exedy Oraganic Stage 1 Clutch and ACT 12.5 Pound flywheel
Installed

New OEM T-belt,water pump and tentioner installed.

Just put in the new NGK plugs and wires, and started putting my wiring harness on

this is how it sits now

So whats left is to mount the motor in my car,pick up a alternator belt,some new bushings for the linkage and i have to pick up a shifter. would any of you guys happen to know if a Stock civic shifter from a single cam linkage will fit a DOHC shift linkage? if my stock one from my civic doesnt fit i have to pick up a shifter from a integra or something.
But im looking to be able to drive the car probably friday.But im prolly gonna try to fire her up tonight

One clean motor to a clean hatch, perfect combination he's gonna be comfortable in his new home. Congrats...

I don't think you'll be able to use the D16 linkage you need a b series Del Sol linkage,all of the b16 swaps i've seen on egs have del sol linkages. but then again I might be wrong
