#52187 its somewhere around 50-60lbs.

I can tell a difference when I remove my rear seats/jacks/sparetires/tools (roughly 50lbs) when cornering. Course its in the rear but i notice a difference. I would not take out A/C unless it wasnt working or I had to because of space issues.

#52241 They only way you'll really notice a difference is if your making a run at the track with the AC running lol. imo the only point to take it out is for looks/ clean bay.

#52346 EASY!

Heres that write up I promised but never got around to typing.

1) snap the belt (be SURE to snap the proper belt)

2) I just bent the aluminum hoses going into the condenser until they snaped. I did the same thing to the hoses going form the condenser through the firewall into the passanger side of the car. Point is, just snap/remove all the hoses to and from the condenser.

3) Remove the condenser.

4) there should be a little aluminun canister which I'm guessing stored the freon (sp) next the the wiper fluid. remove that too. Undo a coupla bolts (If you can get to them) I just beat the thing with a brick until it fell right through.

5) there will be four really long bolts on the AC motor looking thing. (the hunk of metal that in bolted to the engine behind the condenser and to the left of the freon thingy. It used to have the belt on it) Undo those four bolts and that sucker should come right off.

I hope this helps!

#52347 Oh, and be careful not to breath the icky freon. Its not too healthy.
