I wouldn't port the head yourself, could do more harm than good. something like that needs experience. Honda heads flow pretty good for being from the factory and porting them wrong can hurt. someone who knows what they are doing can increase the flow.

cam is a good upgrade, will help HP more than the other mods.. throttle body will improve initial response.

I would use the injectors that match your harness. sonce you are using VX harness, use OBD1 injectors. I think vx and d16z6 injectors are the same. d16z6 heads are worthless I will give you $15 for yours j/k :D
A good complete d16z6 head might be worth around $100, a little more with the valve cover.
Eagle rods are a very good buy, I bought them and I've seen them take lots of abuse in boosted motors. As for pistons, go with vitara 75.5mm pistons. you can get a set for less than $100. they are cast not forged, but you shouldnt need forged pistons for a NA d16 build unless you plan on crazy compression. if you want to go forged then expect to spend $250+ on pistons

1.what substance or with what can i clean the engine from the oil and stuff ?

2. should i drenche the pistons,valces,pins, etc in Z-MAx or what else and if ??

3.can i use the ecu of the delsol si d16z6 but its automatic ??

4.what do i have to do before i can paint the block and with wht kind of paint ?

5.what should i clean the cylinders,ports of head with what substance to get build up out if i wont bore it ??

6.any more tips on the build and things u remember ??

degreaser or get it hot tanked at a shop

yeah but you'll have to take it apart & solder to convert it to manual
4.what do i have to do before i can paint the block and with wht kind of paint ?
Degrease comletely, must be clean & oil free. Use engine enamel paint, duplicolor or VHT.
5.what should i clean the cylinders,ports of head with what substance to get build up out if i wont bore it ??
Mineral spirits

6.any more tips on the build and things u remember ??
