Does anyone know where a diy for switching out your bearings in the block are? I know where they are and how to get to them I just want to double check my every step to make sure I do it correctly.

well... no? ... But.. which bearings? the rod bearings or the crank bearings? Just make sure when you take them out, that you put engine assembly lube on the new one :D ..... they all match up pretty good... sorry.. thats all i really have... if you have an engine stand.. it makes the job a million times easier... I worked on my motor upside down and taking out the bearings was freakin simple... retorque everything down to spec :thumb:

You also want to make sure you have the right colors for each bearing too.

when you spin one. From honda, the bearings are color coded for thickness. You have to replace a specific color with the same color or else the clearances wont be right.

ACL is just an aftermarket company tha tmakes bearings. They are good. Ive got some for my motor here. Honda just sizes theirs for better fitment.
