b18b swap in civic si
Posted: Sat Aug 13, 2011 5:39 pmhey so im looking to do a b18b1 swap into my civic si, but im just wondering what i do with the vtec wiring and also everything i need to do the swap, any help would be awesome
first off the b18b1 is non-vtec so if your car came vtec it dosent matter since the wire harness and ecu you will be using is non vtec the vtec wires are just going to be there ...anyhow best bet would be to get a nonvtec d series harness extend a few wires and relocate your o2 through the harness to the back since thats where your b series o2 location is going to be near your steering rack. all the other stuff can be found here in our diy section.....
