Ya I kno they are cheap too 
but there are cheaper ones than them like $20-$40 ones, just curious if anyone has tried comparing these too branded cheap ones ;)
AND, if I just buy the upper header part off the 2 piece header, would it bolt on with the existing downpipe??

Nope. Just go with a cheap ebay header. It's not worth the money to buy the other cheap name brand ones. The only really difference is the weld quality, but mine have yet to crack. Now if you have a BUILT motor, then sure, I wouldn't even touch the cheaper ones. Then I'd go for some an SSR, or hytech. But if not, the gains aren't worth dropping an extra hundred bucks or so to get a fancy sticker and a stamped on logo.

Nope. Just go with a cheap ebay header. It's not worth the money to buy the other cheap name brand ones. The only really difference is the weld quality, but mine have yet to crack. Ebay header are great...ebay is great! Just got to know how to search and be patient.
Also, a header is just to free up exhaust coming out of the head to increasing HP. So tuning your motor with just a header and no head mods you're not going to gain much HP or if anything.

I have an ebay header as well, and it has not fucked up on me yet. the only bad thing i have heard about it, is that the middle gasket blows out alot, but mine is going strong. and it wont bolt up to the stock header at all, to whoever asked it.

I was speaking to my tuner and he showed me what happens to ebay headers and turbo manifolds after a while.. and it isnt good
the metals used to weld the headers together is very weak and create small holes over time then the hole just keeps growing
