If you're wanting those numbers and only wanting them at the crank. Then just go ahead and do a LS swap from the integra's. 147 bhp and 130ish btq. Cause no matter it you spend X amount on a header, X amount on an intake, and X amount on exhaust. You'll NEVER get that much power from that motor with just bolt-ons.
