Best place to get ARP head studs for my mini me?

I am doing a D15b2 with a Z6 head on it so im going to get teh Z6 head studs.....now im just wondering which place would be best in both price and shipping all together. im still looking but so far.....

Ebay-114$--free shipping lol

Tuner toys-109.18 shipped --93.90+15.28

Summit Racing-95.95 cant find shipping/shipped

Any help would be greatly appreciated probaly going to be going with tuner toys unless i find something less expensive....

and j/w these arp headstuds are reusable right?

I bought mine from summit, but I am lucky to live close.
They have some kind of standard shipping charge, it was 8 bucks back in the day - it may be more now.
