Anyways either way the fog light is basically the same as a stock USDM tail light. Its just a different reflection inside from what I can see. I seen ppl use a stock tail light and make it into a fog but im not sure how they did it. I had a hard time wiring it up at first for mine but Niels "ee8" on the forum gave me a diagram that helped me
This is how I did it anyway.
You basically wire it to the park lights its a red and white wire under the dash use the wires from your switch. Then there is two wires that come from the switch that go to ground and two more wires that run to your dimmer switch. From the relay that you will need to install, the red and white wire that your adding is going to run into the same park light wire. From the rear fog you run it into the relay, one of the wires from the relay is a ground.
Its kinda hard to explain but its pretty simple once its all said an done.

Here is a picture of mine, you can see the difference in the inner tail. It has a separate reflector
