How is this any different to next man in his EK with a 5 stud conversion running, say, EK9 wheels? It isn't.

How about pinching wheels from any other higher spec'd Honda and putting them on your car? It is no different.

It's not like he's blaitantly advertising his car is something it's not - he's just got some wheels he likes on it?

Now, seeing an EK dressed up to look like an EK9 yet still running a near standard D14... this annoys me more than simply pinching some wheels off another car.

well no its not the same. honda rims on honda. what wrong with that. now taking a camero and putting mustang rims on it. ya thats fucking gay. ima go by some volvo rims for my civic. that will look hot. not. also just cause you make a car look like a better version of it self thats fine. just dont go sayin its somthing its not. like a v6 stang witha full saleen kit. and walk round saying its a real saleen. but i dont wanna pop the hood cause i dont want people to see what i have done.lol ya i here that all the time. ther imbaressed.

You're coming back to exactly what I was saying earlier, and people agree with me and then go and bash the crap out of what someone else has done? Hypocrit much?

If they are nice wheels, and the man who owns em likes em I see no problem. He is not advertising his car as a Shelby, he just has some wheels off it. Now by your logic this is actually fine but turns out it isn't?

I really don't understand any of this. Some cars I will have a laugh at if they are done really poorly unless I'm aware they were done in jest in the first place but knocking something as simple as that seems a bit ridiculous to me.

You wanna get technical, the ford guy could use Volvo rims simply cuz ford owns em....audi wheels on vdubs...same thing.

It really doesnt matter, let them think they are "cool" with there fords and chevy's no sense in bashing on them, then your just stooping to their level. If you let them get to you, then they win. But wait, hasn't there been people on here who have put bottlecaps on their EGs which; correct me if I'm wrong are not Honda wheels? Why hasn't this been frowned on? Rather it has been done to wide acclaim by many members on this forum...

I'm done, but seriously the short sighted nature of the car community completely baffles me. It's about picking YOUR style and making YOUR car do what you want it to / look how you want it to, not pandering to the masses to get that magical internetz picture posted round.

Joplies- you can't put mustang rims on a camaro or vise versa.
Mustang = 5x4.5" bolt pattern
Camaro = 5x4.75" bolt pattern
