Snake Bite

- Sat Jul 25, 2009 6:53 am #133254 So I got bit by my snake two weeks ago..she was hungry and I wanted to hold her. Well she didn't like that and bit my lower thumb area and the inside of my hand..well I was in shock when she did it and pulled her off and tossed her. Well coming home tonight we were getting the bikes out of the hatch and I went to put the gps in my pocket and I hit the gps up against my snake bite mark on the inside of my hand..it hurt!! so I came inside and I was thinking about it. I started rubbing over the bite and two spots weren't really healing and scabbing up. So I was thinking about it wondering if maybe when I pulled her off if I pulled her teeth out. Well I got the tweezers out and started picking at the bite and pulled out two small teeth!! Now my hand doesn't hurt at all. It was only hurting still because of the teeth being inside and stabbing me more everytime I hit something! haha. crazy snake lol. I guess when I was in shock that she bit me I pulled her off and tossed her lol. Didn't mean to pull teeth out.

I doubt that unlike a razor cut it doesn't hurt until you notice you're bleeding all down your face and you go to clean it up.

At least, that's when mine hurt like hell for ~5 mins or so lol

ya very true. when on your hand its worse, plus it seems to never heal because the cut is so strait it dont bond back very fast lol. punkture wonds i think are about the same, just deeper..

did you save the teeth???? should have got a pic...
